Licensing Ronald Robert George Lee to Occupy a Site for a
Boat Mooring at Motunau River
—
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
and Fisheries hereby licenses and permits Ronald Robert
George Lee (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall
include his administrators, executors, or assigns unless the
context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a
part of the foreshore and bed of the Motunau River as shown
on plan marked M.D. 12495 and deposited in the office of
the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of
maintaining thereon a boat mooring as shown on the said plan,
such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and
subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule
hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far
as applicable, apply hereto. - The term of the licence shall be 5 years from the 1st day
of November 1971. - The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars
($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be
five dollars ($5). The annual sum may be varied during the
term of this licence.

Licensing Manapouri - Doubtful Sound Tourist Co. Ltd. to
Occupy a Site for a Jetty in the Waiau River at Pearl
Harbour

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
and Fisheries hereby licenses and permits the Manapouri-
Doubtful Sound Tourist Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called the
licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns
unless the context requires a different construction) to use and
occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Waiau River,
at Pearl Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 14465 and
deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty as shown
on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the
licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth
in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far
as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
day of January 1972.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars
($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be
thirteen dollars ($13).
(4) The licensee shall not be entitled to any compensation
in respect of any loss arising from the alteration of the level of
Lake Manapouri for hydro-electric purposes.

Licensing Waitemata County Council to Occupy a Site for a
Pipeline in Kaipara River at Helensville

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
and Fisheries hereby licenses and permits Waitemata County
Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall
include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a
different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Kaipara River, at Helensville, as shown
on plan marked M.D. 14442 and deposited in the office of the
Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a pipeline as shown on the said plan, such
licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject
to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far
as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
day of January 1972.
(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be two
dollars ($2).

PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962, the Minister
of Marine and Fisheries hereby gives notice that the Motor
Launch (Kawakawa Bay) Notice 1970-Manukau City
Council†, authorising the setting up of a water ski access lane
at Kawakawa Bay in the Hauraki Gulf is hereby revoked.

Amending Foreshore Licence Authorising Auckland City
Council to Occupy a Site for a Boat Launching Ramp at
St. Heliers Bay, Waitemata Harbour

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
and Fisheries hereby gives notice that the licence, signed on
10 June 1963 and amended on 12 March 1969†, authorising
the Auckland City Council to use and occupy a part of the
foreshore and bed of the Waitemata Harbour at St. Heliers
Bay as a site for a boat launching ramp is hereby amended by
deleting the symbols “M.D. 13311” and substituting the
symbols “M.D. 14446”.

Bay, and Booth’s Subdivision, Lake Taupo

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
and Fisheries hereby licenses and permits the Taupo County
Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall
include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a
different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of
Lake Taupo as shown on plan marked M.D. 14410 and
deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon five boat ramps as
shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed
by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions
set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
