Road Closed and Land Taken and Incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence in Block VIII, Matapiro Survey District, Hawke's Bay County, and Previous Notice Revoked as to Part
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 3rd day of August 1971, and published in Gazette, 2 September 1971, No. 65, page 1773, proclaiming land as road, road closed, and land taken in Block VIII, Matapiro Survey District, Hawke's Bay County, in so far as it affects the piece of road containing 1 rood and 14.7 perches sevently described in the Second Schedule and the piece of land containing 2.1 perches secondly described in the Third Schedule to the said notice, also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby takes the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the road described in the said First Schedule, when so closed, and the land described in the said Second Schedule, when so taken, shall be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence No. 158, recorded in register book, Volume 152, folio 114, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Wilfrid Sanders Aitchison, of Hastings, sheepfarmer (one half share), and William Brett Aitchison, of Sherenden, sheepfarmer (one half share), subject to memoranda of mortgage, Nos. 41177, 76222, 159766, and 252616, Hawke's Bay Land Registry.
