PURSUANT to the powers delegated to me by the Comptroller of Customs under section 9 of the Customs Act 1966, and pursuant to section 32 of the Customs Act 1966, I, John William Raleigh, the Collector of Customs, Christchurch,
hereby appoint the place described in the Schedule hereto to be a place for the examination of goods, subject to the control of the Customs.
