Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Waitemata County Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for esplanade purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserves in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata, in trust, for that purpose.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for aerodrome purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whakatane, in trust, for that purpose. This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 4 August 1972 and published in Gazette, 18 August 1972, p. 1745, and that notice is hereby cancelled.
