NOTICE is hereby given that Heavenly Tresses N.Z. Ltd. have passed the following extraordinary resolution.

1. It was resolved that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that the company be wound up voluntarily.
   At a meeting of creditors held on 27 September, Evan James Murdoch, Chartered Accountant, of Otahuhu, was appointed liquidator.
