Declaring Land Taken for a State Primary School in Block VII, Hokianga Survey District, Hokianga County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school from and after the 16th day of October 1972.

Declaring Easements in Gross Over Land Taken for the Purposes of an Aerodrome in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District, Hutt County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, easements in gross are hereby taken for the purposes of an aerodrome over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen from and after the 16th day of October 1972 the following full and free rights, liberties, licences, and privileges in perpetuity, that is to say:

(a) The right to transmit by cable, electrical energy backwards and forwards, under, along, and over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

(b) The right to erect, maintain, repair, and replace a lighting beacon which shall not be more than 30 feet in height.

(c) The right to enter upon all or any of the said land at all times by her servants, agents, and workmen, with all necessary tools, implements, plant, machinery, and vehicles, for the purpose of laying, constructing, repairing, reserving, and maintaining, at such depths as shall be necessary, all cables and fittings as shall be required for the unimpeded transmission of electrical energy as aforesaid.

(d) The right to dig up and break the surface of the said land or any parts thereof, and generally to do and perform all acts and things as may be necessary or proper, including reinstatement of the said land for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned:

Provided however that the registered proprietor of the said land shall, except in emergencies, be given reasonable notice before any work is carried out.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being:

(a) Part of Lot 63, L.T. plan 33634, being part Section 3, Wainui District.

(b) Part of Lot 64, L.T. plan 33634, being part Section 3, Wainui District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26620 (L.T. 33634) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
