Ltd. passed a resolution by entry in the minute book that the company be wound up voluntarily and that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at the Mayor’s Room, Newmarket Borough Council Chambers, 174 Broadway, Newmarket, on Friday, the 13th day of October 1972, at 2.30 p.m. at which a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amounts of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors in pursuance with section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company, and in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act may appoint a committee of inspection.

TE AWAMUTU BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Te Awamutu Borough Council proposes to execute certain public works being drainage works for the straightening and improving of the Mangahoi Stream, for which purposes the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the land required to be taken, as aforesaid, lies open to public inspection at the office of the Te Awamutu Borough Council in Roche Street, Te Awamutu.
Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such works or to taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send such written objection to the Te Awamutu Borough Council within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
