A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, and Section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the easement of right of way described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of October 1972.

Description of Easement of Right of Way

The full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege for Her Majesty the Queen, her servants, tenants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees (in common with any other person lawfully entitled so to do), from time to time and at all times by day and by night to go, pass and repass, with or without horses and domestic animals of any kind, and with or without carriages, vehicles, motor vehicles, machinery, and implements of any kind, over and along the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Pursuant to the Local Government Commission Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:

1. This order shall come into force on 1 April 1973.

2. The area of land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the district of Hastings City and included in the district of Hawke's Bay County.
