Price Order No. 2204 (Amendment No. 3 of Price Order No. 2054) (Tyres and Tubes Manufactured in New Zealand)


PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following amending order.

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 2204 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 2054* (hereafter referred to as the principal order).
  2. This order shall come into force on the 2nd day of October 1972.
  3. The principal order is hereby amended by omitting from the Schedule the heading “Tractor Tyres and Tubes”, together with so much of the Schedule as relates to that heading and substituting the following heading and provisions.
