The Nile Hill Cemetery Closing Notice 1972

Pursuant to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister
of Health hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Nile Hill Cemetery Closing
   Notice 1972.

2. It is hereby directed that the Nile Hill Cemetery, being
   the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be
   closed and burials therein discontinued after the 31st day of
   March 1973.

3. As from the 31st day of March 1973 the control and
   management of the closed Nile Hill Cemetery shall vest in
   the Buller County Council.

All that piece of land containing 3 acres, more or less, being
Section 3, Block III, Waitakere Survey District.

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land firstly described
in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for health purposes and
the land secondly, thirdly, fourthly, and fifthly described in
the Schedule hereto to be set apart for police purposes (police
station and residence) from and after the 2nd day of October
1972.
