Land Taken for the Grafton Gully-Beach Road Motorway
in the City of Auckland
RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, the Right Honourable
Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the
Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the Grafton Gully-Beach Road Motorway.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 rood and 10.8 perches
situated in the City of Auckland, North Auckland R.D., and
being Lot 1, D.P. 44560. All certificate of title, Volume 767,
folio 285 (limited as to parcels), North Auckland Land
Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 19th day of September 1972.

Amending a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a
Further Portion of the Dunedin-Milton Motorway in Irre-
gular Block, East Taieri Survey District, and Blocks VII
and VIII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District
RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1947, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton
Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand,
hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 1st day of July 1971.
published in Gazette, 29 July 1971, No. 56, p. 1481, and
registered as Proclamation No. 374191, Otago Land Registry
(hereinafter called "the former Proclamation"), defining the
middle line of a further portion of the Dunedin-Milton
Motorway in Irregular Block, East Taieri Survey District, and
Blocks VII and VIII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District,
so that the former Proclamation shall affect not only the land
situated within the limits of the area shown coloured red on
the plan marked M.O.W. 24805 (S.O. 12977B) referred to in
the former Proclamation, but also the land described in the
Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land situated in Block VIII, Dunedin and
East Taieri Survey District, Otago R.D., being part Section
2 of 4 (part certificate of title, Volume 287, folio 246); as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 26603 (S.O. 12977C) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand this 19th day of September 1972.

Land and an Easement of Right of Way Over Land Taken
for the Purpose of Oxidation Ponds for a Sewerage Scheme
in Blocks IV and VIII, Makotuku Survey District, Borough
of Ohakune
RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right
Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Adminis-
trator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the First Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of oxidation ponds for
a sewerage scheme and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the Borough of Ohakune as from the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I also hereby proclaim and declare
that an easement of right of way is hereby taken for the
above-mentioned purpose over the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto, vesting in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the Borough of Ohakune (hereinafter called
"the Corporation"), as from the date hereinafter mentioned,
the full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty,
and privilege for the Corporation, its servants, tenants, agents,
