In accordance with section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, a meeting of creditors of the company will be held, at 2 p.m. on Friday, 22 September 1972, in the Boardroom of Messrs. NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 290 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of creditors of S. J. Sullivan Ltd. will be held at the office of the liquidator, Third Floor, Achilles House, 47 Customs Street East, Auckland 1, on Friday, 29 September 1972, at 4 p.m., for the purpose of receiving from the liquidator a statement of accounts and a report on the conduct of the winding up during the year ended 13 June 1972.

General Information for Creditors:

1. Of the debt owing by R. R. Sullivan of $800, I have collected through solicitors $650 to date. I expect to collect the remaining $150.

2. The amount due of $350 from a slow debtor, as outlined in my letter to you of 26 July 1971, has now been paid.

3. I am strenuously endeavouring to dispose of the mortgage at a discount, however, the difficulty is that the security is poor and not attractive to an investor.

4. In July 1971 I indicated that the final dividend would be around 8 cents in the dollar and at this stage I have no reason to vary that figure.
