Licences Issued Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. 363 Ag. 2862)

Pursuant to section 21 (6) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Registrar hereby gives notice that licences have been issued as set out in the Schedules hereto:
Those in Schedule I are subject to no conditions.
Those in Schedule II are subject to the conditions:
(1) That it is not sold to any person other than a veterinary surgeon, or a dealer, or otherwise than pursuant to the prescription of a veterinary surgeon.
(2) That it is not used otherwise than by or under the supervision of a veterinary surgeon.
The products in Schedule III relate to a change in the name of the proprietor.
The product in Schedule IV is a provisional licence and is subject to the conditions shown in respect of it.
The products in Schedule V relate to a change of name of licensed remedies.
