THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF HUNTERVILLE TOWNSHIP DISTRICT
SCHEME

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution
of Hunterville Town Council, made on the 20th day of
September 1971, a district scheme has been recommended for
approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.

The scheme has been deposited in the council’s office, and
in the Public Library, Bruce Street, in accordance with section
22 (1) of that Act, and is there open for inspection without
fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the
above places are open to the public.

Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be
in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the
Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be
lodged at the office of the council at any time not later than
23 December 1972. At a later date every objection shall be
open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to
support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard
at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in
writing within the period of which public notice will be given.
