To facilitate proceedings the Board will hear evidence on these goods in two stages. Stage 1 will be confined to evidence relating to ammonia of T.I.s 28.16.001 and 28.16.009 and Stage 2, which will immediately follow Stage 1, will include the evidence on zinc oxide of T.I.s 28.19.001 and 28.19.009 and oxides of zinc mixed or combined with other substances of T.I.s 32.07.001 and 32.07.009.
