Control of Prices Act 1947—Golden Chemical Products (N.Z.) Ltd.

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 16 of the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal has resolved:

(i) That as from 29 August 1972, the maximum selling prices that may be charged to the public by any seller of the following products of Golden Chemical Products (N.Z.) Ltd. shall be as follows:

G15 $2.35 per 5 lb
L.D.C. $1.35 per 40 fluid ozs
Super 10 $1.10 per 40 fluid ozs

(ii) That the prices now fixed shall be reviewed when the financial accounts of the company for the year ending 31 March 1973 are available.

Revocation of Appointment of Honorary Harbourmaster for the Taharoa Pilotage District

PURSUANT to sections 7 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, and to the powers delegated to me by the Minister of Transport under Delegation of Authority dated 26 April 1972, I, Peter Edward Muers, Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section, Marine Division, Ministry of Transport, hereby revoke the appointment* of

to be honorary harbourmaster for the Taharoa Pilotage District.
