SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 36.7 perches, situated in Block III, Maramarua Survey District, being part Allotment 42, Parish of Maramarua; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24283 (S.O. Plan 44844) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of August 1972.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitomo as from the date hereinafter-mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of September 1972.

SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 14 acres 1 rood 39 perches, being part section 3, Block VI, Totoro Survey District, saving and excepting all minerals within the meaning of the Land Act 1924 on or under the land and reserving always to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said minerals a right of ingress, egress, and regress over the said land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26476 (S.O. 10281) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of September 1972.
