Declaring Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for the Purpose
of a Road in Block XIV, Ruakaka Survey District,

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold
estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto held
from Her Majesty the Queen by Victor Joseph Antunovich,
of Waipu, farmer, under and by virtue of lease No. R.L.
2568, recorded in Register Book, Volume 641, folio 50, North
Auckland Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto held from Her
Majesty the Queen by John Kenworth Potter, of Waipu,
