of the land last-aforesaid as shall be necessary convenient
or expedient for such purposes and generally to do all such
acts and things in or about the said lands as may be neces-

(1) All that piece of land containing 1 rood and 36.2
perches being part of Tihi-O-Tonga "A" Block situated in
Block IV, Horohoro Survey District, and being part of the
land comprised and described in Provisional Register, Volume
50, folio 52, South Auckland Registry, and being other part
of the land coloured yellow on Survey Office Plan 46690, being
situated in the vicinity of the northern part of Tihi-O-Tonga
“A” Block running west and north-west from the land
firstly above-described to land already taken for waterworks.
(2) All that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 1.6
perches, more or less, being part of the Ngati Whakaue
Amalgamated Block situated in Blocks IV, and VIII, Horo-
horo Survey District, and being part of the land comprised
and described in certificate of title, Volume 13B, folio 215,
South Auckland Registry, and being other part of the land
coloured yellow on Survey Office Plan 46741, being situated
adjacent to the northern boundary of the said block and the
southern boundary of the City of Rotorua.
All of which 6 pieces of land are situated in the County of
Rotorua.

calendar year, including postage, payable in advance.

The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the
Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding
publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 10c per line.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
NEW ZEALAND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
These are not now available from Government Bookshops
but may be obtained from the New Zealand Standards Associa-
tion, Private Bag, Wellington.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing),
subscription $10 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
$5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and
1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
