company is unable to continue in business and that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr T. L. Reilly, chartered accountant in public practice, Petone, be appointed provisional liquidator; and

(2) That a meeting of creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, in the Number Two Meeting Room of the Lower Hutt War Memorial Library Building, at 3.30 p.m., on Friday, 25 August 1972, at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs together with a list of creditors and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company and may fix the remuneration of the liquidator, and, in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

Any person entitled to vote at this meeting may do so by proxy which should be lodged in writing at the registered office of the company, 328 Jackson Street, Petone, not later than 4 p.m., on 24 August 1972.
