PURSUANT to section 112 (4) of the Social Security Act 1964, I, David Spence Thomson, member of the Executive Council of New Zealand, acting for the Minister of Health, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 112 of that Act, Ronald Hugh Caughey, M.D., CH.B.(N.Z.), D.C.H., R.C.P.(LON.), and R.C.S.(ENG.), M.R.C.P.(LON.), F.R.A.C.P., M.R.A.C.P., of 9 Mount Street, Auckland 1, has withdrawn his notice that he is unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity benefits on the terms provided in section 112 of the Act.
The maternity notice relating to this said medical practitioner, dated 1 August 1957, is hereby consequentially revoked.
