PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the notice dated the 1st day of October 1971 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 4 November 1971, No. 82, p. 2290, proclaiming land as street and street closed in the City of Manukau, by deleting therefrom the area of 1 acre 1 rood 13.3 perches secondly described in the First Schedule thereto, and substituting therefor the area of 0 acres 1 rood 13.3 perches; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25510 (S.O. 45490) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
