Land Proclaimed as Road, and Road Closed and Vested in Block VIII, Mangonui Survey District, Mangonui County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Forsyth Farms Limited, of Kaitaia, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Brian Philip Jacentho, of Peria, farmer.
