NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 28th day of July 1972, presented to the said Court by VIVIAN MANUFACTURING LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington and carrying on business as a manufacturer. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 25th day of August 1972, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

HAMILTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, and in the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954:
Public notice is hereby given that the Hamilton City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of constructing thereon a limited-access street.
A plan of the land proposed to be taken is open for inspection at the public office of the Hamilton City Council, Worley Street, Hamilton, and may be inspected without charge during ordinary office hours.
Every person affected by the taking of the said land or by the construction of a limited-access street thereon may set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of the works or to the taking of the land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and should send such written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Hamilton City Council, P.O. Box 937, Hamilton.
If any objection is made as aforesaid a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods and 8.7 perches, more or less, being part lot 29 on Deposited Plan No. 15639, and being part of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 1076, folio 120, South Auckland Registry, subject to agreement as to fencing contained in transfer No. 168470, and being more particularly delineated coloured blue on Plan PJ3-007C. The said land commences at a point approximately 2.5 chains due south of the junction of Greenwood Street and Killarney Road, Frankton, and runs south approximately 6 chains from that point. It adjoins Lot 1, Deposited Plan 15639, being No. 91 Killarney Road, Frankton, on its northern boundary and Muir Park on its western boundary.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Christchurch City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a public work, namely, for public street.
Every person affected should set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of the said work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or the payment of compensation, and lodge the written objection at the offices of the Christchurch City Council, Manchester Street, Christchurch, within 40 days from the 7th day of August 1972, being the date of the first publication of this notice, and if any such objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be notified of the time and place of such hearing.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land situated at the corner of Brougham Street and Brisbane Street in the City of Christchurch containing 16.5 perches, or thereabouts, being part Lot 292, Deposited Plan 2, part of Rural Section 79, and being also all the land described in certificate of title, Volume 121, folio 266 (Canterbury Registry).
