Appointment of Temporary Customs Examining Place in New Zealand
PURSUANT to powers delegated to me by the Comptroller of Customs under section 9 of the Customs Act 1966, and pursuant to section 32 of the Customs Act 1966, I, Michael John O’Connor, the Collector of Customs, Auckland, hereby appoint the place described in the Schedule hereto to be a place for the examination of goods subject to the control of the Customs.

Appointment and Revocation of Temporary Customs Examining Places in New Zealand
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Customs Act 1966, I, Jack Alexander McLeod Kean, Comptroller of Customs, hereby appoint the places described in the First Schedule hereto to be temporary examining places for the examination by the Customs of goods subject to control of Customs, and hereby revoke the appointment* of the place described in the Second Schedule hereto as a temporary examining place for the purpose of that Act.
