Notice of Intention to Vary Hours for Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Oamaru Licensing Trust
Pursuant to subsection 10 of section 34B of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, as inserted by section 3 of the Licensing Trusts Amendment Act 1967, I, Eric Alderson Missen, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Oamaru Licensing Trust passed the following resolution:
"That the following be the hours of sale at the Waitati Bottle Store, Waitati:
Monday to Friday—4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Saturdays and public holidays—11.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m."

Exchange Control Regulations 1965—Determination by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand in Respect of Proceeds of Sale of Goods Exported from New Zealand
In terms of regulation 7 of the Exchange Control Regulations 1965, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand makes the following determination:

The persons who are required to make payment of the proceeds of sale of goods exported or re-exported, or intended for export or re-export, from New Zealand pursuant to the said regulation 7, shall be the persons who are licensees in terms of the Export Licences Regulations 1966, or, where there is no licence required, the persons exporting or intending to export the goods from New Zealand, whether acting as principals, agents, or independent contractors.

Payments shall be made in any foreign currency, or in New Zealand currency from an account with a bank in New Zealand of a bank domiciled in any country other than New Zealand.

The period within which payment shall be made for goods exported or re-exported, or intended for export or re-export, from New Zealand shall be 6 months from the date of exportation of the goods from New Zealand, except for goods consigned to Rhodesia, for which payment must be received prior to the date of exportation of the goods from New Zealand.

The proceeds of sale of all such goods shall be paid to the Reserve Bank by the persons who are required to make payment within 14 days after they receive or become entitled to receive such proceeds of sale.

The trading banks have been appointed as the authorised agents of the Reserve Bank for the purposes of regulation 7.

Any departure from the provisions of this determination is permissible only with the written approval of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.

This determination replaces the determination published in the New Zealand Gazette on 1 August 1968.
