Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date hereof, become county road.

All that portion of road situated in Block III, Manapouri Survey District, and Block III, Mararoa Survey District, and passing through part Run 176D, commencing at a point on the Hillside-Manapouri Road more particularly shown on S.O. plan 8293 and marked ‘A’ and proceeding in a northerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 163 chains as delineated on S.O. plans 8293 and 8294 to a point more particularly shown on S.O. plan 8294 and marked ‘F’.

As the same is more particularly shown on the plans marked M.O.W. 26458 (S.O. 8293) and M.O.W. 26459 (S.O. 8294) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A–C and C–F respectively.
