Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken and Vested in Block IX, Waikaka Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and declares that the road first, fifthly, and sixthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in George Frederick Pullar, of Kaiwera, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 207064, Southland Land Registry, and that the road secondly, thirdly, and fourthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Donald Gordon Robertson, of Kaiwera, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 207234 and 248862, Southland Land Registry; and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and declares that the land first described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so taken, vest in George Frederick Pullar aforesaid, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 207064, Southland Land Registry; and further declares that the land secondly described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so taken, vest in Donald Gordon Robertson aforesaid, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 207234 and 248862, Southland Land Registry.
