PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950 and the Motor Launch Regulations 1962, the Secretary for Marine hereby appoints Martin John Bourke
To be a supervising officer for Pohara Beach, Golden Bay, in place of Harold John Trevor Humphrey resigned.
The appointment* of Harold John Trevor Humphrey as supervising officer is hereby revoked.

Licensing Allan Farley Downer to Occupy a Site for a Boat Grid in Kaipara River at Helensville
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section, Marine Department, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Marine and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act, hereby licenses and permits Allan Farley Downer (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Kaipara River at Helensville as shown on plan marked M.D. 7716 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat grid as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 5 years from the 1st day of April 1972.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.
(4) Members of the public shall be permitted to use the boat grid at all reasonable times.

Amending Foreshore Licence Authorising Northern Wairoa Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Jetty in Northern Wairoa River
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section, Marine Department, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Marine and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act,
Hereby gives notice that the licence of 12 September 1963* authorising the Northern Wairoa Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd. to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Northern Wairoa River at Mangawhero as a site for a
jetty is hereby amended by inserting the expression “and M.D. 14690” after the symbols “M.D. 8865”, and inserting the words “and pipelines” after the word “jetty”.

Licensing Mangakura Boat Club to Occupy a Site for a Jetty and Slipway at Hoteo River in Kaipara Harbour
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section, Marine Department, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Marine and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act, hereby licenses and permits Marcus Gordon Dill, Kenneth Allen Shanks, and Noel James Fraser acting as trustees for the Mangakura Boat Club for the purpose of this licence (hereinafter called the licensees, which term shall include their administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Hoteo River, Kaipara Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 14701 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty and slipway as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
