Customs Act—Dumping Duty
PURSUANT to the provisions of section 129 (1) of the Customs
Act 1966, as amended by section 6 of the Customs Amend-
ment Act 1971, notice is hereby given that dumping duty,
equivalent to 100 percent of the amount by which the f.o.b.
export selling price is less than the current domestic value,
determined in accordance with the provisions of this Act,
shall be payable in respect of the following goods which are
of a class or kind manufactured in New Zealand:

This decision shall take effect in respect of all imports

The Road Classification (Manawatu County) Notice No. 1,
1972
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regu-
lations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the
following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
(Manawatu County) Notice No. 1, 1972. -
The Manawatu County Council's proposed classification
of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby
approved. -
The notice under the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations
1969, dated the 9th day of May 1972†, which relates to the
roads described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.

ALL roads under the control of the Manawatu County Council
except those listed in Class II below.

Varying Notice of Declaration of State Highway
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the
National Roads Board, acting with written approval of the
Minister of Works, hereby gives notice that it varies the
notice declaring public highways to be State highways dated
9 March 1960, published in the Gazette, 24 March 1960,
Vol. 1, p. 384, by deleting from the Schedule to the said
notice the paragraph described in the First Schedule hereto
and substituting therefor the paragraph set out in the Second
Schedule hereto.

PARAGRAPH deleted from the North Island section of Part 1
of the Schedule to the said notice:

SECOND SCHEDULE

via Onehunga, Mangere Bridge, McKenzie Road (Mangere),
Papatoetoe, and Great South Road to the Auckland-
Hamilton Motorway at Redoubt Road and at Wiri.

Plymouth) from its junction with Turakina Beach Road to
