Act 1928, to execute a public work, namely, the road described

is hereby further given that the plan of that portion of road

County Council, Grey Street, Hamilton East, and is now open
for inspection; all persons affected by the execution of the said
public work or by the stopping of the said road should, if they
have any objections to the execution of the said public work
or to the stopping of the said road, set forth in writing and
send the written objection within forty (40) days of the first
publication of this notice to the office of the Council; and if
any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public
hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
