A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin as from the
date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of
January 1972.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Portobello Survey
District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 1 13.8 Part Section 18A, Block B, Otakou Maori Reserve;

Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Wanganui
Appointed

PURSUANT to the Waterfront Industry Act 1953, the Minister
of Labour hereby appoints the following persons to be the
Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Wanganui for a
term of 1 year expiring on the 30th day of November 1972.

Henry Moody Hopper, Chairman;
Vernon Trevor Bennett, Geoffrey Guy Burgess, and Terence
Casey (nominated by the New Zealand Port Employers'
Association Incorporated); and
Thomas Roy Anthony, Edward Ernest Holly, and Charles
Alexander Munro (nominated by the Wanganui Waterside
Employees' Industrial Union of Workers).

Zealand

Board of Directors of the Bank of New Zealand for a term of
3 years commencing on the 10th day of February 1972 and as
