CORRIGENDUM

In the Declaration dated the 6th day of December 1971,
Published in Gazette, 22 December 1971, No. 105, page 3029,
declaring land taken for road in Block XI, Rotorua Survey
District, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928,
for "S.O. 4575" read "S.O. 45475," which last-mentioned
number appears in the original Declaration signed by the
Minister of Works.

Divisions in Connection Therewith in Blocks II, VI, X, and
XIV, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District, and Block XIV,

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Edgecumbe-
Murupara Railway and the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road diversions in con-
nection therewith.
