CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated the 16th day of June 1972, published in
Gazette, 22 June 1972, No. 51, p. 1286, declaring that part
of the Waikari Domain shall be a recreation reserve and
revocation of the reservation over the said reserve, for
“(formerly Reserve 4323)” described in the Schedule read
“(formerly Reserve 4232)”, which latter figure appears in the
original notice signed by the Minister of Lands.

Permanent State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 63A (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949,
I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby set apart the permanent State forest
land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park and
shall hereby form part of the Pirongia State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY—
RAGLAN COUNTY
ALLOTMENT 293, Pirongia Parish, situated in Block XV,
Alexandra Survey District, and Block III, Pirongia Survey
District: area, 45 acres and 35 perches, more or less.

As shown on plan N. 65/2 deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 23rd day of June 1972.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir
Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule
hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said
land to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land situated in Block XVI, Kawhia North
Survey District, and described as follows:
A. R. P.
8 2 0 Awaroa B4, Section 2A Block as shown, edged
red, on M.L. Plan 8048.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
19th day of July 1972.

Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Drainage Works in Block
V1, Maungaru Survey District, County of Hobson

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a drainage works
and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a
drainage works and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Hobson, as from the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclama-
tion shall take effect on and after the 31st day of July 1972.
