NOTICE OF RESOLUTION FOR VOLUNTARY WINDING UP
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of WILSON NEILL (EXPORT DIVISION) LTD.: NOTICE is hereby given that, by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 14th day of July 1972, the following resolutions be passed by the company, namely:

That by special resolution: That a declaration of solvency having been filed in the Companies Office, the company Wilson Neill (Export Division) Ltd. be wound up voluntarily.

That by ordinary resolution: That Mr Albert Lawrence Stenhouse, of Dunedin, company secretary, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of KINGSTON WELDING SERVICES LTD.: NOTICE is hereby given that, by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above company on the 7th day of July 1972, the following resolution was passed, namely: That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928: Notice is hereby given that the Matamata County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road. And notice is hereby further given that plans showing the land proposed to be taken are deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the above Council situated at Tirau, and are open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the taking of the said land who have any objections thereto (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must state their objections in writing and lodge the same at the office of the County Clerk on or before the 25th day of August 1972. If any such objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
