The Traffic (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice No. 1, 1972

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice No. 1, 1972.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

SITUATED within Hawke’s Bay County, adjacent to Havelock North Borough:

Breadalbane Road.

Middle Road (from the south western boundary of Havelock North Borough to Breadalbane Road).

Te Mata Road (Hastings-Waimarama Road) (from the eastern boundary of Havelock North Borough to a point 10 chains measured easterly generally along the said road from the said boundary).

The Traffic (Taieri County) Notice 1972, No. 1

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Taieri County) Notice 1972, No. 1.

2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

3. The warrant under regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956 of the Transport Act 1962, dated the 8th day of February 1969†, which relates to East Taieri in Taieri County, is hereby revoked.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for water conservation purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes.
