EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate
of title, Hawke's Bay, Volume 109, folio 67 (Hawke's Bay
Registry), containing 1 rood, more or less, being Lot 201 on
Deposited Plan 169, comprising part of the Waipukurau
Block and part of Block 16 of the Waipukurau Crown Grant
District, in the name of the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses
of the Borough of Waipukurau having been lodged with me
together with an application No. 268078 to issue a new
certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my
intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration
of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
