Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school
from and after the 17th day of July 1972.

and shall vest in the Northland Harbour Board from and

on the plan shown on certificate of title, Volume 57, folio

land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
together with the right of way over the strip of land coloured
pink on the plan shown on certificate of title, Volume 57,
folio 75, Nelson Land Registry, and subject to the drainage
and sewerage rights granted in transfer No. 60195, for a
technical institute, from and after the 17th day of July 1972.
