Declaring Street Taken for N.I.M.T. Railway at Ngaruawahia

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the N.I.M.T. Railway from and after the 17th day of July 1972.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Auckland Regional Authority and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Auckland Regional Authority and revokes the reservation for water conservation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto. This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 30 August 1971 and published in Gazette No. 65, p. 1779, and that notice is hereby cancelled.

Cancellation of the Vesting of Control of a Reserve in the Minister Having the Administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908, and Declaration That the Said Reserve Shall No Longer Be Subject to the Provisions of the Said Act

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting of the control in the Minister having administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908 of the reserve for hot springs described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said reserve shall no longer be subject to the provisions of the last-mentioned Act.
