In the declaration dated the 1st day of May 1972, and published in Gazette, 11 May 1972, No. 40, p. 1022, declaring land taken for road in Blocks III and VII, Rangitoto Survey District, Rangitikei County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, for the area of land containing 2 roods and 24 perches sevently described in the Schedule to the said declaration read

Land Taken for Harbour Works in Block VI, Rangaunu Survey District, County of Mangonui
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for harbour works and shall vest in the Northland Harbour Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of July 1972.

All those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Rangaunu Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
