WHEREAS application for registration of memorandum of mortgage No. S. 553011 has been made to me wherein Moana Reef Ltd., a duly incorporated company registered at Auckland, is the mortgagor of 1 rood and 39.7 perches, more or less, being Waipahihi A7 and A9 Blocks, comprised in certificate of title 11B/452, South Auckland Land Registry, and Mayfield Holdings Ltd. and Eaton and Francis Contractors Ltd. are the mortgagees, notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, of my intention to register the said memorandum of mortgage S. 553011 without production of the duplicate original of certificate of title 11B/452 on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
