Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public
work, namely, the construction of a road, and for the purposes
of that public work the land described in the First Schedule

hereto is required to be taken and the portions of the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto are required to be
stopped. And notice is further given that the plan of the land
so required to be taken and the portions of the road required
to be stopped is deposited in the office of the Tauranga County
Council, Barke's Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, and is
there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the
execution of the said public work or by the taking of the
said land or by the stopping of the said portions of road,
should if they have any objections to the execution of the
said public work or the taking of the said land or by the
stopping of the said portions of road, not being objections to
the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same
in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of
the first publication of this notice, to the Tauranga County
