BOUNDARIES OF KAKEPUKU WARD
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waipa County, bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Waipa River and the Punio River in Block VIII, Pirongia Survey District, and proceeding generally easterly up the middle of the Punio River to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 6802, in Block VI, Punio Survey District; thence north-easterly along that boundary and the north-western boundaries of Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 6802, to and south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 7 and 8, D.P. 6802, to the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 229, Mangapiko Parish; thence north-easterly along that boundary and the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments 230 and 231, Mangapiko Parish, to the boundary of the Borough of Te Awamutu as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1965, page 173; thence generally south-easterly along that Borough boundary to the middle of the Ruapaha Stream; thence south-westerly down the middle of that stream to and south-easterly up the middle of the Punio River to the southern boundary of the Waipa Pest Destruction District as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1971, page 522; thence westerly and northerly along that district boundary to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF RANGIAOHIA WARD
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District in Waipa County, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the North Island Main Trunk Railway in line with the southern boundary of Allotment 277, Ngaroto Parish, in Block XIV, Hamilton Survey District, and proceeding easterly to and along that boundary and northerly along the eastern boundary of that Allotment 277 to a point in line with the northern side of Sowerby Road; thence easterly to and along that roadside to the eastern boundary of part Allotment 252, Ngaroto Parish; thence northerly along that boundary to a point in line with the southern boundary of Allotment 242, Ngaroto Parish; thence to and along that boundary to the western boundary of Mill Road; thence southerly along that roadside to a point in line with the southern boundary of Allotment 224, Ngaroto Parish; thence easterly to and along that boundary and the southern boundary of Allotment 209, Ngaroto Parish, along a right line to and along the southern boundary of Allotment 173, Ngaroto Parish, to the western boundary of part Allotment 225, Pukekura Parish; thence northerly and easterly and southerly along the western, northern, and eastern boundaries of that Allotment 225 as shown on D.P. 4096 to a point in line with the northern boundary of part Allotment 292, Punio Parish, as shown on D.P. 3742; thence easterly to and along that boundary and the northern boundaries of Allotment 304, Punio Parish, a public road and Allotment 305, Punio Parish, to the easternmost corner of the last-mentioned allotment; thence southerly and easterly along the western and southern boundaries of Allotment 225, Pukekura Parish, to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 346, Punio Parish; thence generally easterly along a right line to and along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 9974 and the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of part Lot 12, D.P. 3112, to the north-western side of Chamberlain Road; thence north-easterly along that roadside to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 5950; thence generally southerly to and along that boundary to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 1S, Puahue Settlement; thence generally south-easterly to and along that boundary, the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 2S, 4S, 5S, and part 10S, Puahue Settlement, and the western, northern, and eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 33188, to the south-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 33188; thence south-easterly along that boundary and the south-eastern boundary of part Lot 4, D.P. 12622, to the easternmost corner of Section 3, Block V, Maungatautari Survey District; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 3, 5, and 11, Block V, aforesaid, to the northern side of Te Reti Road; thence south-westerly along a right line to and along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 5 and 6, Block IX, Maungatautari Survey District, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Mangaohoi Stream; thence generally north-westerly down the middle of that stream to the eastern boundary of the Borough of Te Awamutu as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1965, page 173; thence generally northerly and westerly along that Borough boundary to the middle of the North Island Main Trunk Rail-way; thence northerly along the middle line of that railway to the point of commencement.

Division of Ashley Pest Destruction District into Wards (Notice No. 302 Ag. 20891A)
PURSUANT to section 21 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Ashley Pest Destruction Board hereby gives notice that the Ashley Pest Destruction District which was constituted by Order in Council on the 1st day of March 1950* is hereby divided into wards, the names and boundaries of which are specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF EAST WARD
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, County of Ashley, containing 80,500 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Ashley and Okuku Rivers, Block IV, Mairaki Survey District, and proceeding north-westerly generally up the middle of the Okuku River to a right line aligned between Trig. L, Block Hill, Block X, Okuku Survey District, and the source of the Waipara River (South Branch), Block XI, Okuku Survey District; thence easterly generally, southerly generally, and westerly along the northern, eastern, and southern boundaries of the Ashley Pest Destruction District as described in Gazette, 1972, page 360 to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF WEST WARD
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, Counties of Oxford and Ashley, containing 195,100 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Ashley and Okuku Rivers, Block IV, Mairaki Survey District, and proceeding westerly, northerly generally, and easterly along the southern, western, and northern boundaries of the Ashley Pest Destruction District as described in Gazette, 1972, page 360, to the middle of the Okuku River, Block X, Okuku Survey District, being the northernmost corner of the East Ward hereinbefore described; thence southerly generally along the western boundary of that ward to the point of commencement.

Fixing the Ward Representation of the Ashley Pest Destruction District (Notice No. 303 Ag. 20891A)
PURSUANT to section 33 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Ashley Pest Destruction Board hereby fixes the number of members to be elected for each ward of its district to be that specified opposite the name of each ward in the schedule hereto.
