NOTICE is hereby given that the Emergency Protection Authority has been requested to undertake an inquiry, in terms of the Tariff and Development Board Act 1961 and its amendments, and to report, in terms of section 10D of that Act, concerning the following goods:

Fish preparations (other than pastes) falling within Tariff Item 16.04.009.

Fish preserved in airtight containers (other than herrings, pilchards, salmon, sardines, sild, and brisling) falling within Tariff Item 16.04.019.

Crustacean and mollusc preparations (other than pastes) falling within Tariff Item 16.05.009.

The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 2, 1972
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
1.This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 2, 1972.

It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads Board, that the State highway as set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.

So much of the notice dated the 8th day of June 1965+ as relates to the classification of the State highway described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

ROADS CLASSIFIED IN CLASS ONE
No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth) (from the south end of Punakaiki River Bridge to Kararoa (12 miles) River).

Approval of Two Revolving Amber Lights for a Certain Vehicle
PURSUANT to regulation 39 (6) of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves the fitting of two revolving amber lights to a Bedford truck, registration number FV 2270, used by the A.C.E. Towing Co. as a tow vehicle.
This approval is made subject to the following conditions:
(1) The vehicle shall be painted a conspicuous colour.
