Change of the Purpose of Reserves and Vesting in the Waitemata County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto from reserves for road purposes to reserves for recreation purposes, and further, vests the said reserves in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata, in trust, for that purpose.
