PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, and subject, as to the land firstly so described, to the drainage easement created by and contained in memorandum of transfer 628598, and subject, as to the land secondly so described, to the fencing agreements created by memoranda of transfer No. 226766 and 700984, North Auckland Land Registry, as from the 19th day of June 1972.

Cancellation of a Licence to Erect and Use Electric Lines

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby cancels the licence dated the 19th day of December 1966 authorising Eruera Ra Ruwhiu, farmer, of Cape Runaway, to erect and use certain electric lines (Gazette, 19 January 1967, No. 2, p. 39).
