Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken, in
Blocks XI and XV, Hautapu Survey District, Kiwitea
County, and Previous Proclamation Revoked

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works hereby revokes the Proclamation dated the 24th day
of November 1964, published in the Gazette of 23 December
1964, Vol. III, p. 2380, and registered in the Land Registry
Office at Wellington as No. 617990, proclaiming land as road,
road closed, and land taken, in Blocks XI and XV, Hautapu
Survey District, Kiwitea County, and pursuant to section 29
of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, hereby proclaims
as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also
hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto; and also hereby takes the land described in
the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6)
of the said section 29.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land

hereto, and declares that the road shall, when so closed, vest
in Ruthalice Gilmour, of Fortification, widow, as to a half
share and in the said Ruthalice Gilmour, Lyndsay Gordon

Russell, of Invercargill, solicitor (executors in the estate of
T. I. Gilmour) (jointly as to a half share), as tenants-in-
