Declaring Interests in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks X and XIV, Pirongia Survey District, Otorohanga County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the interest in the land firstly and secondly described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Terrence Hugh Miller and Ian Duncan Miller, of Te Awamutu, farmers, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 2020, folio 211, South Auckland Land Registry, and the interest in the land thirdly, fourthly, and fifthly described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Verdun John Whale, of Te Awamutu, farmer, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence No. 2C/96, South Auckland Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 12th day of June 1972.
