IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of B. R. TODD LTD. (in liquidation) :

NOTICE is hereby given that the above company resolved on the 30th day of May 1972 as an extraordinary resolution by memorandum signed for the purpose of becoming an entry in the minute book of the company, as provided by subsections (1) and (4) of section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, “That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily”.
