Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the
Waitemata County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a site for a scout
hall to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further vests the
said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Citizens of the
County of Waitemata, in trust, for recreation purposes.
